Ensec Solutions has been awarded the “Happy Company” label for the second consecutive year for its commitment to create a happy workplace culture. The label presentation ceremony was held on 7 April 2016, with Mr. Matthew Cheung, Secretary for Labour and Welfare as the guest-of-honour.

The “Happy Company” label is an accolade of the “Happiness-at-Work Promotional Scheme” jointly organized by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and the Hong Kong Productivity Council. The recipients include local and international companies with thousands of staff to promising small and medium enterprises.

Ensec Solutions was thus interviewed by Happy Post, the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation newsletter, regarding its employee-friendly policies.
