To its great delight, Ensec Solutions has received the “Family-Friendly Employer Award” in the 2013/14 Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme. The award is organized by the Family Council, an advisory body to the government on family value promotion. Ensec Solutions’s management is committed to supporting its staff to spend more time with their families through a series of family-friendly policies and practices, for example, flexible working hours and arrangements, festival dinner gatherings, early leave on festival days as well as participation in charitable activities.

The award presentation ceremony on 19 June 2014 was officiated by Mrs. Carrie Lam, Chief Secretary for Administration of the Hong Kong SAR Government. Mrs. Lam commended the award-winning employers for helping employees to balance work and family responsibilities, which is vital for fostering social haromony.
