Ensec Solutions boasts a dynamic corporate culture that includes civic engagement and social responsibility. Giving back to society through volunteer work is one of the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) endeavours.

On 24 May 2014, the Director and the staff of Ensec Solutions gladly participated in the Hong Kong Federation of Handicapped Youth Flag Day as flag-selling volunteers. The team enthusiastically met up early in the sunny morning that day and got ready for the meaningful effort. They then went to assigned locations in Kowloon Bay, Ngau Tau Kok and Kwun Tong to sell the charity flags. The day ended at noon.

Those who joined the activity expressed a great sense of accomplishment in their hard work and felt empowered to contribute more to voluntary work. Ensec believes community work can enable its employees to be better citizens, as well as create strong bonds between them and increase morale.
