Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform general marketing duties to drive brand awareness and company goal
• Responsible for content creation and management on website, blog and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, XHS/Red Note, etc.)
• Assist with copy writing, graphic editing, video editing, and other tasks related to marketing
• Perform in-depth customer and campaign analysis to enhance business performance throughout email marketing platform
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential market segments and trends
• Work closely with internal business units and external vendors on marketing and promotion initiatives
• Provide marketing support on ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Associate degree or University graduate in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in marketing or related fields
• Knowledge in basic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and be proactive with multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• More experience will be considered as Marketing Executive / Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate availability / Short notice period is preferred
