ENSEC is actively participated in “Joy Charity Walk”, “Inclusion – Charity Adventure” and “flag-selling day”, which are organized by the Hong Kong Federation of Handicapped Youth for raise donations for promoting PHAB (physically handicapped and able-bodied) communion.
Moreover, we will also concern on elderly, single-parent families and low-income families in need. In 2015, Ensec volunteers gladly participated in the Mid-Autumn Festival voluntary service organized by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and Hong Kong Single Parents Association, visiting low-income families and presenting them with gifts of mooncakes to share the festive joy and bring a little holiday wishes for them.
In 2017, Ensec volunteers delightfully took part in delivering rice bags to needy families and individuals in Tai Kok Tsui and Yau Tsim Mong districts. The charitable activity was part of the Neighbourhood Rice Giving Scheme organized by the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. It aimed to support and care for low-income-groups, and spread positive energy in the community.
ENSEC dynamic team will also join various types of charity running race, for example, “Race for Water 2015” organized by A Drop of Life, which aimed at raising public awareness of water-saving and water resources conservation; and the “UNICEF Charity Run” which helped improving social awareness for children in developing countries respectively.

Since 2014, Ensec has been awarded the Caring Company logo of the Caring Company Scheme by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), in recognition of Ensec’s unwavering commitment to corporate social responsibility (“CSR”) that encompasses caring for the community, employees and the environment.
On an ongoing basis, Ensec contributes financial and other support to the Hong Kong Federation of Handicapped Youth and the Hong Kong Federation Youth Groups. The two charitable organizations have been the nominators of Ensec in the Caring Company Scheme.

The Award has been given out by the Hong Kong General Chamber of Small and Medium Business since 2010. It aims to encourage local enterprises to demonstrate their corporate responsibility by hiring students and graduates of local colleges and universities.

Ensec has received Merit Award in the “Small and Medium Enterprise” category at the Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Award Scheme for the third consecutive year for its dedication to fulfilling corporate social responsibilities (CSR) and integrating the citizenship concept into its business.
The Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Award Scheme was jointly organized by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education, and sponsored by Bank of China (Hong Kong) to promote CSR practices towards a sustainable economy. It is a valued recognition in the local business community with winners including lots of household names.
“Heart-to-Heart Company” are recognition programmes launched by the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Group. It aims to cultivate the spirit of mutual help in the community through providing opportunities for businesses to sponsor neighbourhood projects. The award is organized by the Family Council, an advisory body to the government on family value promotion. Environmental protection is one of our CSR focus at Ensec. In 2015, the company has signed the Carbon Reduction Charter under the Carbon Audit • Green Partner programme organized by the Environmental Protection Department, pledging to implement measures to reduce greenhouse gas emission.
In 2016, Ensec signed “the Energy Saving Charter” and” No ILB Charter”, both scheme are organized by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, which aim to create a pledge for close partnership between the Government and business sector for a community-wide campaign to save energy
